Raya is our in-house groomer, trained by International grooming judge Colin Taylor she has excellent experience in this area of animal care and her love for dogs shines through. She has a natural ability to bond with every pup she meets and will keep them calm and happy throughout their grooming. She will provide your pets with a service that is both professional and tailored to suit their needs. She offers a free consultation, prior to booking an appointment, acknowledging that you might want to discuss any particular grooming requirements and things we should know about your loved animal.

Raya has always loved animals, she has her own gorgeous billy boy a Staffordshire Bull Terrier that she dotes on, in fact it was Billy that first brought Matt and Raya together as he was having spinal treatment at his previous role as Director of House of Hugo. Taking Billy for his hydrotherapy made Raya realise that she simply had to change career direction and work with animals as this was her destiny. Raya has never looked back, she absolutely adores meeting new dogs, giving them a good pamper and making them look like superstars. Find out more about our Dog Grooming here.
