ROODDOG Service Statement
I understand that I am solely responsible for any and all harm caused by my dog whilst my dog is attending any services by ROODDOG or is using any services provided by ROODDOG. I ALLOW ROODDOG TO LET MY DOG OFF THEIR LEAD UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.
1. I further understand and agree in admitting my dog that ROODDOG has relied on my representation that my dog is in good health and has not harmed or shown aggression or threatening behaviour toward any person or any other dog.
2. I further agree to notify ROODDOG of any unwelcome, aggressive, procreative, or dangerous behaviour of my dog that has potential to cause harm to any other pet or individual.
3. I further understand that during normal dog play, owner’s dog may sustain injuries. All dog play is carefully monitored at ROODDOG to avoid injury, but scratches, punctures, torn ligaments, or other injuries may occur despite the best supervision.
4. I further understand that ROODDOG is a place where animals co-mingle in groups and I am responsible for the medical treatment of any injuries or illness that my dog receives while at ROODDOG. I agree to pay all costs for my dog that may arise as a result of injury or illness, including veterinarian care and costs. I shall pay such costs as a reimbursement immediately upon pick-up of my dog or when the services are been completed. All boarding costs are payable in full on the day of arrival.
5. I further understand that if I fail to provide proof of current vaccinations or if my dogs’ vaccinations are found to be expired or otherwise incomplete, ROODDOG has the right to refuse service until current proof is provided.
6. I further understand that even if my dog is vaccinated for Bordatella / Bronchishield (Kennel Cough) there is a chance that my dog can still contract Kennel Cough. I agree that I will not hold ROODDOG responsible if my dog contracts Kennel Cough while attending ROODDOG.
7. I further agree to notify ROODDOG of any infectious and/or contagious diseases or conditions which my dog has been exposed to or is affected by. Such diseases and conditions include, but are not limited to Distemper, Hepatitis, Kennel Cough (Bordatella), Parvovirus, Coronavirus, worms, Lyme disease, Fleas, Pregnancy, Infectious Skin Diseases and Intestinal Parasites.
8. I further agree to take any necessary efforts or precautions to ensure that my dog is continuously free of contagious, infectious, or otherwise communicable diseases. I will report to ROODDOG, before arriving at daycare, any contagious, infectious or otherwise communicable diseases, and will not be allowed to bring my dog to ROODDOG, regardless of scheduled days, until the condition is resolved. Resolution is determined by ROODDOG.
9. I allow and consent my dog to being photographed, videotaped, and/or used in any media or advertising by ROODDOG without approval by me. All such photographs, etc. are the property of ROODDOG.
10. I understand that ROODDOG is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged toys, leads, collars, beds, tags, clothing or any other item left with my dog.
11. I agree to ensure my dog has eaten at least 1 hour before arrival at ROODDOG so he/she has time to digest his/her food before all the excitement. I understand that failure to do so may result in Bloat, which is very dangerous.
12. ROODDOG requires your dog to wear at all times an up-to-date ID tag, displaying your contact details.
ROODDOG – Our Mission
At ROODDOG we put the welfare of your dog first, it is our priority to supervise your dog and take care of their mental and physical stimulation and exercise whilst they are in our care. We will also ensure that all dogs are fully assessed prior to their playdate, records of their vaccinations held on file including kennel cough to help prevent the spread of infections. Our duty of care is for the animals, their health and hygiene is of utmost importance. We want the dogs at ROODDOG to enjoy the pack play environment and be happy, settled and learn to mingle with other sizes and breeds in a calm and positive way.
I certify that I have read and understood the terms and conditions set forth in this Service Statement, the Registration Form, including health forms, dog walking contracts or home visits which are hereby incorporated into this Service Statement by reference. I agree to abide by the terms and conditions and accept all terms, conditions, and statements of this statement. I hereby release ROODDOG, their staff, and volunteers of any liability of any kind whatsoever arising from my dogs’ attendance and participation at ROODDOG.
